Campaign Management and Direction

CCS professionals have a broad range of experience, knowledge, and expertise.  Many executives have experience working as development officers at not-for-profit organisations.  Some have specialised in major gifts, research, and trustee development.  Others join our firm immediately after university or graduate school with a desire to contribute to the world around them.  Together, this diversity of skills and backgrounds allows CCS to develop highly effective fund-raising programmes and strategies.

Responsibilities of the CCS professional staff include:

  • Coordinating day-to-day focused operations
  • Tailoring  gift request strategies
  • Briefing institutional leadership
  • Preparing and coordinating campaign meetings
  • Preparing proposals
  • Monitoring prospect tracking
  • Developing research and donor acknowledgment systems
  • Coordinating volunteer training and activities
  • Briefing executives weekly

Research and Communications  

Responsibilities of the CCS professional communication and research staff include:

  • Direction for the preparation of case statements
  • Video, operative, and promotional materials
  • Brochures, newsletters, press releases, and operative materials
